Mile High Club?

Can someone who's "been there, done that" tell me how this would work?  In the days after 9-11, is it even possible?

I've seen movies where the bathroom seems to be used but having been in one, I don't see how that works.

How do people join the mile high club now?  Do you have to charter your own plane?

I think it's asking for trouble on a commercial airline.

But if you MUST...book a flight between two "unpopular" cities off-peak.  If you are lucky, you may get an entire row to yourself.

I'm not sure you could pull off intercourse (spooning, maybe), but those blankets can probably hide a variety of activities.

Sadly, I'm not a member of that club either.
